Abstract

The object of the research is to analyze, through the entrepreneurship units of the Higher Education Institutions, the alliance agreements to materialize the Regional Committee of Business, Government and Academy to work on business macroprojects that positively impact the region. Institutional management poses challenges to Higher Education Institutions in Boyacá in the face of problems such as unemployment, competition, the shortening of the life cycle of products, the struggle for participation and the most current, a pandemic that has marked all sectors. In order for these challenges to be assumed, it is important to start from an allied and cooperative work as a firm central axis in the administrative management that is developed in the institutions of Higher Education in order to identify strengths and opportunities that trigger improvements for the economic progress of the region. As a methodology, a research instrument is proposed, which was focused qualitatively, based on surveys and interviews with the academy, applying it to 7 educational institutions in the city of Tunja, in order to start the construction of a joint proposal between them, to contribute to academic processes according to educational models and needs. Providing as results the trajectory of the entrepreneurship units, organizational structure, action plans and objectives, and the creation of the interuniversity committee for entrepreneurship.
