The ICT and their improvement of the learning process in administrative students: case of private university

Objective: to determine how the use of ICT improves the learning process in the administration students of the San Pedro affiliate Huacho University, academic semester 2017-I. Methodology: the type of study was non-experimental, descriptive correlational design. To evaluate the use of tics, the questionnaire was used and to measure the learning of the students, the evaluation reports of the academic semester 2017-I were contrasted, the population consisted of 392 students, with a sample of 194 students. Results: The use of ICT improves the learning process of the Administration students of the San Pedro affiliate Huacho University in the academic semester 2017-I, based on the Spearman correlation with a value of 0.522, representing a moderate association. Conclusion: the strategies that emerge after obtaining the results in the research have to do with the potential characteristics offered by the tics, in relation to the interaction capacity that they generate when they are used optimally in the teaching work, requiring a reformulation of pedagogical practice giving greater prominence to didactic planning, taking advantage of the different and varied possibilities offered by learning and knowledge technologies.
